Change Account Password for Alumni

If you are currently a student of HKUST, you are not able to change the password with this application. Please click here for changing your ITSC network password.

Please note that a valid password must:
  • Minimum 12 in length
  • Contain at least one mixed case letters and digit
  • Not include username or part of your name
  • Not reuse any of your last 10 passwords
